- 铁件制作：
- 制作方法及规范须符合ASTM1545之要求
- 内衬PTFE：
- 内衬PTFE管或灌PTFE粉料加压成型
- PTFE翻口：
- PTFE管件翻口及修整法兰翻口面
- 针孔检验：
- 20kv针孔测试无针孔
- 水压测试：
- 水压测试(施工时压力*1.5倍)
- 外部油漆：
- 外部施以一底漆两面漆(27号印度红橡胶漆)或依客户指定颜色
- 成品清洗：
- 内部以酒精或纯水清洗擦拭后出货
